The necklace was beautiful, and came in a perfect black velvet box offering a thin silver chain or a thick glossed leather band for the necklace. The fan, which came long before the necklace, was also just as pictured on the site. Apparently the website had the necklace at reduced price but the pricing had a typo reducing it much more than shop owners intended, but customer service agreed to send the necklace for the price I originally paid for! It came long after Christmas though which was unfortunate...but this is a quality shop. I recommend the products.
